The rugged look of this piece is that of a serf (poor person), in feudalist, Medieval Europe, who worked the land owned by lords, who in turn provided them with basic amenities and military protection. They were bound to the land and obligated to perform labor services, pay dues, and was subject to the lord's authority. Much like that of today.
The crying eye logo is symbolic of the anger and sadness that we face when realeyezing that the governing bodies at large, operating with impunity, are only here to make rich people (landlords) richer and poor people (serfs) poorer, having its citizens blindsided with constant propaganda, misinformation, fear and paranoia, censorship, use of force, coercion, suppression of individual rights, and abuse of power.
